Hey guys been a bit since I posted here. Been pretty busy selling my old place to get a new one as well as managing my locksmith Charlotte based company. My friend Jack who is a St Louis locksmith is helping me get things in order so I am grateful for that. Real estate is definitely a lot tougher than it looks, so I wanted to share some of my thoughts here. Why do some home sellers sell house fast, while some take years to get rid of their property? Of course, the help of a seasoned real estate broker might do the trick for some, but for others, the playing field is actually levelled, but somehow, there are still homeowners who don’t have as much luck in getting a buyer right away. For example, two houses in the same neighborbood are up for sale with the owners both not getting help from a broker. Why is it that one house gets sold faster than the other?
 
Most of the time, it goes down to the specifics, like a disagreement in the price, a lacking bedroom, or the location of the house (for example, one house might be located in a more shady, thus favorable part of the street). But most of the time, these minor differences can be set aside if a homeowner knows how to present his or her house in a more enticing light.
 
Of course, a homeowner (or a real estate broker) can have an easier time presenting his or her house to prospective buyers if the house is in top shape. After all, who would like to buy a house that looks rundown? Even if the house can be bought in a low price, the buyer would still need to invest in repairing its shabby portions, which could also drain a lot of money and resources. Since time is an essential element here, buyers would want to move into a house where they can just move in without having to repair anything, or maybe do some refurbishing, but at a later time. This, it is recommended for home sellers to spruce up their place, fix what needs fixing, clean the flooring, repaint fences and walls, and surely take out one reason of any house selling delays.

Making Use Of The Amazon Affiliate Cookie

One of the most overlooked aspect of affiliate marketing is the Amazon cookie. I am a big fan of Amazon as the site is just a conversion juggernaut when it comes to sales. This is due to the fact that the site is so reputable that it is very easy to make a sale once you get a visitor over to the site. Sure it may not be the highest paying per sale, but it definitely can be a steady flow of money if you can get people over there!
 
This is due to the fact that of the versatility of the amazon cookie. For example you can have a site about security cameras and still end up making sales on designer dresses! This isn’t unheard of as many people begin to wander the amazon site once they get there. In fact typically a third of your sales will not even be related to the products that you are selling!
 
The Amazon affiliate program is actually one of my favorites and it should become one of yours too. Many people shun the program because they feel that the commission percentage is way to low. However if you know what you are doing it is easy to stack up a bunch of tiny sales with the right type of marketing. Furthermore if you can stack up these shipped items, your percentage will increase and you’ll make even more money! And with Amazon the conversion rate per visitor there tends to be pretty high. I believe my own rate is in about the 6 percentile or so.
 
Something to avoid though when making an Amazon site is to not make it too spammy. People love to create Amazon sites where they just cut and paste and think they are good to go. If you want to make the most out of your site, write thoughtful product reviews that keep your readers engaged. A little content can go a long way, so be sure to get the most out of your visitors with stuff they can’t stop reading!

Promoting Your Business Via YouTube

No matter what type of business you have, you’re going to need to take advantage of the world’s premier moving hosting site YouTube. There just is no way around it, and video marketing, particularly YouTube video marketing is a booming industry and can be the source of huge revenue for your business. We live in a very visual world, and lets face it, people would much rather brainlessly watch something than read. And since this is the case, if you want to make big money, you need to become a master of YouTube marketing.
 
But where do you start? That’s the million dollar question. First you’re going to need a computer with a webcam, and that is pretty much it. There are also many free video editing software online that you can use to take your video production to the next level. Unless you are trying to be super professional, I don’t think a professional editor is really necessary, though of course if you got the cash and are promoting a product this may be something you want to look into.
 
So how do we make a popular YouTube video? The obvious answer is to make something that is either interesting or useful. There is really two ways to generate a lot of views on YouTube. One is to create a CRAZY AWESOME video that “goes viral” that everybody shares, and the second is to create a YouTube channel where your “useful” videos begin to gain subscribers and you slowly but surely build up your audience.
 
Creating a viral video is really hit or miss, so I would say if you are new to video marketing that you focus on building good content. Create videos that people find useful, perhaps tutorials or intellectual debate on a particular subject. Remember people visit YouTube to be either entertained or to learn something, so your video is going to have to do one or the other.
 
My advice to anyone just starting out would be to create a set of videos and try to promote them anyway that you can. It may be good to use a service where you can buy youtube views to get your number initially up, as for the most part people will gloss over your video if there are little to no views. Just think of how you search YouTube, if a video has a lot of hits it catches your eye, the ones without you overlook.
 
Finally remember to create videos where you don’t “oversell”. I would recommend either placing a link to your business website under the video caption area or at the end of the video. People don’t go to YouTube to watch commercials, and if you want people to subscribe to your channel, the mantra “less is more” comes into play.
 
Anyway follow these tips and you’ll be on your way to being a video marketing guru. Remember quality of content is important, so invest there what you can, and the rest will fall into place!

Choosing The Right Products To Promote

To be successful in internet marketing, it is important that you choose the right products. I mean after all, why go through all the work promoting products that aren’t even going to make you money when you sell them? If you are new to internet marketing, let me tell you that there is an affiliate program for just about everything that you can think of. From children’s socks to diet pills, no matter what you are interested in there is something that you probably are familiar with.
 
However all products are not created equal, and some are better to promote than others. For example if you are promoting insurance leads, the outcome of each successful client you land could be thousands of dollars in commission. On the flip side, you could try to sell cheap pc power cord parts and only make a few dollars a sale. It is very important that when choosing a product to promote that you try to choose the ones with the highest payouts. Sounds intuitive, but you’d be surprised at how many people choose to promote stuff that offer little money!

The only time to sell a low priced product is if it is VERY easy to sell. Thus money is made by selling high volumes of it. An example of this is MP3s on Itunes. Many of these songs are only $1, but you can sell 20 at a time, something to consider. Also if a product is very popular and can sell itself, that is another ideal situation as well.
 
Finally when choosing what to promote, ideally you want to promote something that you have knowledge about. If you are knowledgeable on the subject, you can write better content for your website. If your website has better content, people will read more and likely purchase something off of it. It really is that simple folks.
